On November 3, 2009 the United Nations General Assembly approved by a large majority a resolution directing the organization’s secretary general to report to the plenum on the conclusions of these investigations within three months, after which the Security Council is to take up the matter. [...] US Treasury’s updated list of terrorists includes only one Hamas member – Musa Abu Marzouk. This allows EU funds to enter Hamas-Gaza’s coffers.
